The story began almost 50 years ago when a young boy was given his first set of hand-me-down golf clubs. Like so many before him, this simple act began a lifelong love for the game and would ultimately set him on a career path in the golf industry.

David would go on to become a PGA Golf Professional, golf course developer, golf company COO and ultimately the founder of one of the first golf travel companies in the U.S.

Over the past 40 years, David has traveled extensively in pursuit of his work and the game, playing from coast to coast in the United States, as well as across Scotland, Ireland, England and Wales. His first trip to Scotland more than 30 years ago sparked a lifelong passion for international golf travel. Since then, he has returned to the UK and Ireland dozens of times, on both golf travel scouting trips and personal golf trips with friends and family.

His passion for golf travel extends across the U.S. as well... from Pebble Beach to Pinehurst, Scottsdale to Streamsong, David has experienced many of the nation’s most iconic courses and finest resorts.

With more than 400 courses played and counting—including nearly 100 in the UK and Ireland alone—David brings genuine, firsthand insight and a deep appreciation for the game to every experience Epic Golf Travel creates.

David lives in Maryland with his wife Lisa and their Golden Retriever Brandi III. He has held 3 course records during his golfing career and has also had 6 hole-in-ones, with 2 coming on par fours.
