Our mission at Epic Golf Travel is to provide our clients with “The Best Golf Vacations on the Planet”. We always strive to do this, but our mission is proving even more important today. Our commitment to delivering exceptional golf travel experiences to you carries far beyond the time you actually spend on your trip. We believe it includes all our interaction with you and every detail associated with your trip.
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted virtually all walks of life across the world, and our hearts go out to anyone that has been directly impacted by the virus. As you would hope and expect, we are in close contact with every golf course, resort, lodging and travel partner that we use and will always reach out with any developments or updates from them that may affect your golf trip and travels. We have personally spoken to dozens of our vendor partners across the globe, and those we haven’t had direct conversations with, we have been in contact with via email communications. I am comfortable informing you that each and every golf course, accommodation and vehicle rental company we use has taken the current situation extremely seriously and is taking added steps to insure the safety of their guests. From additional cleaning and sanitizing policies, to adding hand sanitizing stations throughout their resorts and golf courses to the careful health screening of employees, all are taking your health and safety very seriously, as are we.
And, as each day brings new challenges to the travel industry, our golf course and lodging partners are working closely with us to help ensure your deposits and trip payments are safe and that, as the situation dictates, we are given the flexibility to modify your travel plans accordingly.
Please also know that we continue to closely monitor the recommendations from the U.S. Center of Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and relevant country, state & municipal governmental authorities for the latest developments related to COVID-19. If we see any updates or news that will affect your travel plans with us, we will reach out immediately to inform you of what we have learned and discuss all options with you.
We continue to believe you deserve our fanatical attention to detail, our real-world experience with the locations we offer, our ability to make every part of your trip work perfectly and our genuine commitment to you and your golf travel plans. We are keeping a very watchful eye on current events and all things that relate to you and your golf trip. Your best interests are at the heart of every decision we make and we will do everything in our power to protect you, your investment in your trip and our ongoing relationship.
