Once we receive your form, the required deposit will be charged. We will email your confirmed reservation and receipt to you.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The non-refundable balance is due on or before 16 weeks prior to departure.
All payments are non-refundable, according to our Terms & Conditions. If you cancel after payment of your initial deposit, the full deposit paid is your cancellation fee. If you cancel after your balance is paid, the full deposit and balance are your cancellation fees.
Epic Golf Travel strongly recommends that our clients purchase travel insurance when booking. The insurance purchased should cover the full amount of the package price and be accepted for any cancellation reason by the client.
The deposits we receive from our clients are first distributed to the golf courses, lodging and transportation companies to reserve your bookings. These are non-refundable to both Epic Golf Travel and our clients booking these packages. The balance of the cost of the package is again distributed to the golf courses, lodging and transportation companies for final payment to fully secure your bookings.
